Automatic blister loading line. Our client needed to pack their articles in a blister automatically. To this end, an assembly line with trays moving from station to station in a closed circuit was designed. At the first station, the blisters were taken from a reservoir on a belt below the machine. This station singles out one blister and loads it onto the tray. Station 2 loads a publicity cardboard of the product. The cardboard is folded and an anti-theft article is glued onto it before loading it onto the tray. At station 3 an instructions booklet is added. At station 4 an operator loads the product that because of its geometry cannot be loaded automatically. Finally, at station 5, the blister is closed, a label is stuck onto the product and it is unloaded from the tray onto an output belt.
