Why did we opt for CMMI-DEV after implementing ISO21500 for quality assurance instead of ISO9001?

  • Because ISO 9001 is a general purpose standard, valid for all types of companies. CMMI-DEV, however, is a collection of good practices for product development.
  • Because it fits in perfectly with our management strategy, as level 2 deals with project management processes and level 3 with engineering processes.
