Description
Leak testing and fitting machine for cylinder heads, with possibility to integrate in a robotized cell, with a loading area for the robot, and another loading area for the operator from outside the cell.
The servo presses of the machine are mounted on X-Y slides to fit bushes in any position within the tool area.
The bushes are automatically fed from a vibrating mechanism. Fitting is done with force and position control, graphing the curves. A camera reads the mark of the datamatrix that carries the loaded part and this value is saved together with the result of the fitting operation and leak test.
