Double leak testing machine with a quadruple handling device to load and unload parts in pairs. It holds two ATEQ leak testers: one for each part. The handling device is servo-controlled and the stop locations can be configured from the screen on the pushbutton panel. The handling device unloads the parts from the washing machine and transfers them to the leak testing unit. The verified parts are unloaded and the device picks up the new parts. During this process, a computer vision camera decodes the markings to determine the source of the part. If the result of the leak test control is OK, the handling device unloads the parts on different ramps according to the source of the part. If the part is NOK, it is unloaded onto a ramp for rejected parts. The PLC performs special pattern cycles every set number of cycles.
